Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall ask the Father in my name, he will give it you. Hitherto have ye asked nothing in my name: ask, and ye shall receive, that your joy may be full. RULE #2 When you pray, believe that you receive what you asked for. You believe you receive at the time of prayer. MARK 11:24 - Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them. RULE #3 Forgive others so that your prayers will work. MARK 11:25 - And when ye stand praying, forgive, if ye have ought against any: that your Father also which is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses. RULE #4 Depend on the Holy Spirit to help you in your prayer life and particularly in making intercession. ROMANS 8:26 - Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. RULE #5 Take time to build yourself up on your most holy faith by praying in tongues. JUDE 20 - But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost
