One of the most frustrating situations I find is when a member reaches out for advice for common conditions like a fever, cold or flu, lung condition, skin condition etc. but they don’t have the simple, affordable, and effective supplements/substances that I think should be in every household at all times.
One could always add more items, but these are 10 “must haves” in my opinion.
1. Learn about the facts, benefits and uses of Colloidal Silver. Visit our colloidal silver Guides in the group for instructions on making colloidal silver using one of mine or Terry’s brewers. Colloidal silver will take care of everything from ear aches (put directly in the ear) to lung conditions (when nebulized) and boosts the immune system when you drink it on a daily basis. There are no negative side effects, only “side benefits”. It can be used on burns, bug bites, and will prevent and treat infection inside the body and out. CS kills all single celled organisms and they cannot build up a resistance to it.
2. Bentonite clay. Clay can be used externally and internally. I get food grade for internal use but have used regular bentonite clay labelled for external use only and so have many others. It will draw poisons out of your skin after any kind of bug bites and can be used to draw poisons out of things like cysts. It can be used in a poultice for infections and other skin problems and used internally for food poisoning, upset stomach and more. It acts as a sponge, absorbing toxins and carries them out of the body. It is a great aid to have for diarrhea as well.
3. Diatomaceous earth, many uses and you can buy a big bag of it really cheap but make sure you GET FOOD GRADE DIATOMACEOUS EARTH ONLY. You can get it for a really great deal at animal feed shops, the animal feed grade is fine also. Search the group for diatomaceous earth posts, often used for parasite cleanses in both humans and pets but has other nutritional and healing benefits as well.
4. DMSO. Search for DMSO in in the group and check out the DMSO handbook for doctors in the 1Basics folder of our library. Very powerful yet safe substance used to increase the potency of other substances such as CS, largely by drawing them deep into places that would be too difficult to reach otherwise. DMSO can be given to people immediately following a stroke as it can dissolve the blood clots that caused the stroke. It works amazingly on burns as well. Check the DMSO/MSM Guide in the group for more info.
5. Food grade hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) is one of our favorite ways to add to the effectiveness of colloidal silver. It can be used internally, in nebulizers and more. Search the group for Hydrogen Peroxide for more info.
6. Oil of oregano – very effective against many infections, and used along with colloidal silver/H2O2 in our systemic infection protocol used for colds, RA, Lyme, candida and more.
7. Concentrace minerals or something similar should be taken with every meal unless you happen to have an excellent food source grown in rich mineral rich soil, which most people don't. Mineral deficiencies are the root cause of many or even most illnesses. Prevention is the best medicine. I up my minerals any time I feel a little 'off'.
8. Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) is good to have for taking therapeutic doses for colds, flues and more but also a very good supplement to take on a daily basis. Vitamin C can help allergic reactions as well.
9. Lugols Iodine can be used for many infections and helps to detox from poisons like radiation. It’s something I believe everyone should take as a regular supplement, not just for treating health issues. Iodine is needed by every one of your 10 trillion cells and is amazing in the way that it only kills harmful cells/organisms. It can be used topically to treat and prevent infection and used along with DMSO for deep penetration.
10. Charcoal can be a quick and effective treatment against food poisoning, upset stomach, allergy symptoms and more.
With these 10 substances on hand, I can’t think of many sudden health conditions that couldn’t be helped. Otherwise people have to order things like DMSO and wait for them to arrive, or get the supplies for making colloidal silver since no one I know can afford to buy enough to treat chronic conditions or even the common cold. Colloidal silver can be used on its own, or combined with h2o2, iodine or DMSO to treat infections, effectively avoiding the need for toxic antibiotics. CS can also be used with bentonite clay for bug bites and even snake bites. Search the group for my "Skin Conditions" article for more ideas to treat skin conditions and Terry's article "The Skin Thing".
A nebulizer would be a very useful tool to use for any lung/sinus conditions. I even recommend nebulizing for stubborn earaches (ear, nose and throat are all connected). CS, ascorbic acid, iodine, h2o2 and dmso can all be used in a nebulizer. It is always best to be prepared. Especially when the items are mainly things you can easily use on a regular basis for a variety of purposes.
