Private companies use the technology & IP of the two corporations alongside loopholes and legal grey areas to spy on everyone, all the time. NeuStar is a Domestic Internet Company, Ericsson is a Foreign Telecom provider who sponsors ISIS and controls our 911 Numbers Portability Contract. Right now.
